A couple of years back I read a book called, Julia Julia or was it Julie Julia?  Anyway, it was the story of a modern day gal who took a one year challenge of making a dish from Julia Child's famous French cooking book.  She blogged about it, almost lost her job and husband over it but in the end, she did it!  She aquired many loyal followers and lots of funny experiences.  I truly enjoyed the book and the movie too.  That is my inspiration for my - ready for it - Pinterest Challenge -

I've spent the last couple of years in a love affair with Pinterest - what's not to like?  The pretty pictures, the adorable crafts, the funny comics, and once in a while hot men with their shirts off.  My friend Dana describes it as cyber hoarding - she's right you know.  It's awesome to have all the wonderful ideas at your fingertips and organized into categories, but as I am a practical gal, I want to do something with them rather that just hoarding.  I don't want my "Project for Some Day" board to get any more pins without doing something with all my other boards so I created this challenge for myself.  One Project a Week till I'm 49 years old
Rules:
1. One project/recipe/idea to be tried each week.
2.  I can actually do more than one a week.
3.  Even if I only print out a cute label or something lame, it counts.
4. Take pictures and post the projects.

Ok, ready my loyal followers of none:
Week 1
